Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PromoFlux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Use of the Service
You agree to use PromoFlux only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you create using the platform. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Generate videos that infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use automated means, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage.
- Share your account credentials with others or access the Service through another user's account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these provisions.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the original content and ideas you input into PromoFlux, as well as the final videos you export from the platform. We do not claim any rights to your creative output.
Stock footage, music, images, and other media assets provided within PromoFlux are licensed to us by their respective owners for use within the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely as part of videos created and exported through PromoFlux. You may not extract, redistribute, or use these stock assets independently outside of your PromoFlux-created videos.
The PromoFlux name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Payment & Subscriptions
PromoFlux offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan you select.
- All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact our support team to discuss refund requests.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PromoFlux is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any AI-generated content, scripts, or videos produced through the platform. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromoFlux and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
